At Thrive, we currently offer one-on-one personal training, which provides a fully personalized experience. Each session is tailored specifically to your fitness level, goals, and needs, ensuring you get the dedicated attention needed to master your technique, build strength, and achieve real results.
We are also planning to offer **semi-private training** sessions soon. In these sessions, you’ll train with 2-4 like-minded women in a supportive and motivating environment. Semi-private training strikes the perfect balance between personal attention and the uplifting energy of training with others. Women often find that working alongside others with similar goals helps them stay motivated, push through challenges, and feel less isolated in their fitness journey.
